Welcome to Life Transitions Counseling Center!

Everyone experiences transitions in life. Some transitions are harder than others, and some transitions are unexpected, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, loss of a job, promotion, going to college, etc. Many people experience normal amounts of stress while going through a life transition and are looking for an effective way to deal with stress. Other people may feel as though they are constantly struggling with an overwhelming amount of anxiety or distress, with no one specific stressor causing these feelings.

At Life Transitions we join with our clients on their journey through life's transitions and companion our clients on their journey. Our approach is strength and faith based.
